This notice explains how 2Touch International (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Details you submit through our enquiry form or by email: name, company, email address, country, and information about your requirement.
- KYC documents you provide during counterparty onboarding.
- Basic technical data processed by our hosting and form providers (e.g. IP address) for security and delivery.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and evaluate potential transactions.
- To carry out KYC, anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks.
- To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Enquiry forms are delivered to our mailbox by a third-party form-processing service, and this site is served by a third-party hosting provider; fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may process data outside Singapore under their own privacy terms.
Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and take reasonable measures to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing trade@2ti.trading.
